Democracy isn’t a spectator’s sport.  As mayor, Bob Zarnetske will encourage residents from every neighborhood to participate in decisions impacting every aspect of city government — particularly those aimed at improving our economy.  As a candidate, Bob Zarnetske says “let’s start working together now.” The prize is $100 cash and a better future for all of us!

Contest Rules:

(1) Yard signs must be no larger thant 4 feet by 8 feet. Standard 18 inch by 24 inch blank white corregated plastic signs are available from the campaign for anyone wishing to participate in the contest. Just call us at 303-4750 or send an email to signs@z4mayor.com and we will deliver a blank sign to your home or business. (Of course printed signs are also available for those who want to show their support without getting messy).

(2) Signs may be posted on residential or commercial property, but only on property that you own, rent or have permission to use.

(3) Signs must contain the following information: a. Bob Zarnetske’s name, b. the office for which he is running — Mayor, c. and the date of the election — November 3rd.

(4) Signs can be painted, screen printed or drawn with any permanent marker.  They can be of any shape or configuration.  They must be posted so they are visible from a public street.

(5) When you have posted your sign, call us at 303-4750 or send an email to signs@z4mayor.com. Tell us your name and address and we will swing by, take a photograph of your sign and post it here on the website.  Voting for the best sign will begin at 6am on Election Day — Tuesday November 3rd and will end at 8pm that evening.  We’ll announce the winner of the contest at 8:30pm on Election Night at our campaign headquarters.

(6) First prize is $100.00 cash.  Second and third prizes will be gift certificates for Norwich pizza restaurants.

(7) No signs containing vulgar or offensive language or images will be eligible for entry in the contest and the campaign retains the right to remove any signs printed on blanks provided by the campaign.  Remember we’re trying to clean up Norwich politics!

Winners will be announced on Election Day — Tuesday, November 3rd at 8:30pm.
